Yes, you must be 18 to book charters. Children may accompany their parents. A boat passenger waiver is required to be signed by each adult passenger.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Our charter offers light refreshments and please feel free to visit the food trucks at the other end of Kewalo Basin. We request if you bring any bottles aboard you let our crew know so they can stow it below on ice. Our crew will offer you a shatterproof plastic glass for sipping your beverage on deck. Please leave this item onboard once your charter is complete so it may be washed and reused for the next charter adding to eco-friendly standards.
Upon arrival for your charter, the guest who has made payment must present both the credit card used for the booking and matching photo ID for check-in. This is to ensure a smooth and secure check-in process. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please be present at the C Pier Gate, 20-30 minutes prior to the sail time for check-in and use this time to apply your sunscreens. All sunscreen must be applied prior to boarding as the spray can damage our deck. There are bathroom facilities across the street you may use prior to your charter.
Yes, there is a bathroom on board and in boat speak, we call it the 'head'. All paper products go into the waste bin provided next to the head. No paper products go into the toilet.
No, This is a barefoot charter and all shoes will be stowed away in a bin for the length of the charter.
If you have challenges with sea sickness please stay away from eating a heavy meal prior to and during sailing. Ginger foods or chews during the sail can be extremely effective. Also, there are several different types of over-the-counter products you may utilize and bands available online you can wear to assist with this issue.
